ALL FAMILIES ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THIS ONLINE FORM IF THEY ARE INTERESTED IN REGISTERING FOR THE EXTENDED DAY SUMMER PROGRAM  2025

THIS PROGRAM SERVICES STUDENTS ENTERING GRADES 1-5 ONLY AND IS LOCATED WITHIN THE LUNENBURG PRIMARY SCHOOL 1401 MASSACHUSETTS AVE. THERE IS NO BEFORE OR AFTER SUMMER PROGRAM CARE AVAILABLE.

SUMMER CAMP HOURS ARE 8:30AM-3PM DAILY, MONDAY-THURSDAY. COST EACH WEEK IS $175.

PLEASE FILL OUT A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH STUDENT IN YOUR FAMILY THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER.  YOU MAY REGISTER FOR SPECIFIC WEEKS SHOWN BELOW.  THE MAXIMUM CAP WEEKLY IS 50 STUDENTS.  Weeks may be cancelled without a sufficient number of registrations.

• WEEK OF JULY 14TH  -  THEME:  SCIENCE WEEK

• WEEK OF JULY 21ST  -  THEME:  FOOD FARE WEEK

• WEEK OF JULY 28TH  -  THEME:  ARTS & CRAFTS WEEK

• WEEK OF AUGUST 4TH  -  THEME:  HOLIDAY WEEK

REGISTRATION FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM APRIL 28, 2025 THRU JUNE 21, 2025 ONLY. ANY FORMS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST.

ONLY FULLY COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMERGENCY CONTACTS THAT YOU LIST ON THE FORM ARE CORRECT AND ACCESSIBLE IF NEEDED. 

 Registration forms will not be processed if there are outstanding Extended Day or Early Learning Center Bills. 

Completion of registration does not ensure acceptance.  Families will be notified prior to the end of May if your child has been accepted into the program. 

Please read carefully the policies and complete the correct application for the program that  you want.  Applying for the incorrect program will void your application.

All the relevant information regarding times, hours, policies and pricing are on the school website so please do not contact our office until you have been notified of acceptance. 

Once the program is full, we will post on our website at which time a waitlist will be maintained.

ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS

The Lunenburg Extended Day Program is for children Kindergarten-grade 5 for students enrolled in the Lunenburg Schools. Our maximum capacity is 75 students.  We follow the school calendar and are closed on holidays, snow days, school vacations. The handbook will provide fees, hours and policies.

The Lunenburg Summer Program is a four week interactive program in July/August for children entering 1st grade through grade 5. You may choose one week or multiple weeks to attend. The program is located at TC Passios and meets Monday-Thursday 8:30 am- 3:00 pm.  There is no before or after program care.  Our maximum capacity is 50 students per week. The registration packet will provide fees ,hours, calendar of events and policies.

The Early Learning Center. is open to 3 and 4 year old children of Lunenburg residents. Our staff reinforce the necessary  school readiness skills necessary  for kindergarten in a playful and intentional structured environment.  Our maximum capacity is 12 students per session.  We follow the school calendar and are closed on holidays, snow days, school vacations. The handbook will provide fees, hours and policies.
