FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Owner’s Project Manager Selected for Lunenburg High School Project

November 5, 2012

The Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) confirmed the Lunenburg High School Building Committee’s (SBC) selection of Joslin, Lesser + Associates, Inc. as the Owner’s Project Manager for the project.

Over the past twenty eight years, Joslin, Lesser + Associates has successfully managed more than 100 building projects with construction values ranging from $1 million to $180 million. Joslin, Lesser + Associates, Inc. recently managed the construction of five new K-12 schools in Massachusetts that opened this fall for the start of the 2012-2013 school year. On behalf of Joslin, Lesser + Associates, Inc., Greg Cohan will be the Project Manager for the Lunenburg High School project. Greg has a broad range of experience from more than twenty-five years in project management with diverse background in both the private and public sectors. In these roles, Mr. Cohan has directly overseen large-scale projects from programming, permitting, and estimating through construction and completion.

In the coming months, Joslin, Lesser + Associates, Inc. will work with the Town of Lunenburg, the School Building Committee, the School Committee, and the MSBA to select a Designer and finalize the preferred option for the project.

There is a joint meeting of the School Building Committee and the School Committee on November 7, 2012, at Town Hall, 17 Main St., 2nd Floor, at 7:00 pm. Attendance is open to the public.
