Transportation form link 2025-2026

If your child(ren) will require bus transportation for next school year, please click on the link below to complete the form separately for each student in your family. ALL families should complete this form.

Transportation Form Link for the 2025-2026 School Year

- - Transportation Forms are due May 1, 2025.
  - FAILUR E TO SUBMIT THIS TRANSPORTATION FORM BY THE DEADLINE WILL RESULT IN THE STUDENT BEING PLACED ON A WAITING LIST IN ORDER OF RECEIPT FOR UP TO 60 DAYS.
  - If you require transportation for this school year or are newly enrolling in our district, please contact Deb Aro for the Transportation form link for this school year at daro@lunenburgschools.net
  - BUS FEES: All Bus Fees are due by June 1st. If you are paying by check, please make it out to the "Town of Lunenburg" and send to the Lunenburg Public Schools Central Office, T.C. Passios Building, 1025 Massachusetts Avenue, Lunenburg, MA 01462. If you are paying by Revtrak, we will notify you when the page for bus fees is available.

NEW! BUS FEE PAYMENTS

A bus fee was approved & voted at a recent School Committee meeting for the 2025/2026 school year. Below are the payment guidelines and fee structure:

Payment Guidelines

Grades K-6 : 0-1.99 miles are charged

Grades K-6 : 2 or more miles no charge

Grades 7-12 : all students charged

Fee Structure

$180 Families with 1 student

$50 Families with 1 student that qualify for a reduced fee (through free/reduced application which will be verified)

$270 Families with 2 or more students

$75 Families with 2 or more students that qualify for a reduced fee (through free/reduced application which will be verified)

Free - Families that have submitted a Free/Reduced Application and qualify which will be verified

Free & Reduced Meal Information

Any family that believes they may qualify for a free or reduced fee has to complete and submit the application AND the sharing information form found in the links below. Families that do not submit the sharing form checking the third box on the form for Transportation fees, will not be considered for a free or reduced fee.

Bus Fee Waiver

A waiver form for fees may be submitted if you feel your family may qualify under certain circumstances. A link to complete the online waiver is below. Please DO NOT fill out this form if you have filled out a free/reduced application and know that you qualify:

Bus Fee Waiver Form

All payments are due by June 1, 2025. There will be a page on Revtrak available for bus fee payments on Thursday, April 17th. Checks made out to the Town of Lunenburg will also be accepted. If we cannot verify that payment has been made by June 1st, your child (ren's) name(s) will not be submitted on the roster we provide to the bus company for transportation.
