Compliance Notification

The Lunenburg Public School System complies with all regulations and procedures of General Laws of Massachusetts: 71B:1 (Chapter 766), 76:5, & 76.16, Title VI, Title VII, Title II, Title IX, and Section 504. These laws provide:

No person shall be excluded from or discriminated against in admission to a public school of any town and that all programs, activities, and employment opportunities are offered without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or disability.


Lunenburg Public Schools is committed to maintaining a work and learning environment free from discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, pregnancy, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital/civil union status, ancestry, place of birth, age, citizenship status, veteran status, political affiliation, housing status, migrant status, language spoken, genetic information or disability, as defined and required by state and federal laws.
