Standards of Conduct

Workplace Violence
Violence of any nature (verbal or physical fighting as well as the use of threatening, abusive, or vulgar language) will not be tolerated.  Bullying also will not be tolerated.  Bullying frequently involves intimidating verbal and non-verbal exchanges and/or the manipulative control of resources and information.  Bullies often engage others which results in an anti-productive environment.


Any employee who participates in workplace violence and/or bullying shall be subject to disciplinary action up to and including discharge.
