Dissemination of Information
Employee communication is vital to the success of our organization. The nature of the information determines the method of dissemination. The school department occasionally sends mail to employees’ homes or disseminates notices via employee school mailboxes; however, the majority of employer/employee general communication is done through email. Communications sent via email, other than those that are just “FYI”, are made available in school offices to accommodate staff unable to access email. In addition, bulletin boards, located in each school building and Brooks House, convey staff information as well as job postings. Employees are encouraged to check email daily and also to check designated employee bulletin boards.
