Lunenburg's Life-Long Learning Advisory Committee seeks your input to implement an adult education program. Workshops would be offered on evenings or weekends at the new Lunenburg Middle-High School by local instructors for a nominal fee. Link to digital survey:

Important Information for Parents/Guardians

School Choice 2017/2018

At the School Committee meeting on 2-1-17, a decision and vote were made to accept applications for the following school choice slots for the 2017-2018 school year:

  • 10 slots open in Grade 9
  • any student whose family is relocated during their 10th, 11th, or 12th-grade year that is currently enrolled at LHS will be given the opportunity to remain at LHS.  The family will be responsible for their own transportation.
If you are interested in applying for school choice for the 2017/2018 school year, please fill out the application below and return it to the Superintendent's Office, 1025 Massachusetts Avenue, Lunenburg, MA 01462 or via email to  
All applications must be received by February 28, 2017 by 4:00 p.m. in order to be eligible for acceptance.

A lottery will be held if needed on Wednesday, March 1st at 4:00 p.m. in the Superintendent's Office. 

Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis.  If there are more applications received than the number of slots available, a lottery will be held at an established date and time.

Facility Use Rates Approved

A facility use rate schedule took effect as of January 4, 2017 per School Committee vote and will be in effect through June 30, 2019. This rate schedule can be accessed through the link below. More information will be forthcoming as to how to reserve a school facility and the timelines involved.

For returning students, in order to update registration forms or make payments on your child’s lunch account at the Revtrak webstore , you must have a Powerschool Parent Portal account Please contact your child’s school to create/update your Parent Portal account username and password.
